15 minutes a day of structured physical activity has significantly improved the social and physical wellbeing of our students. It helps to meet the recommendations set by the Commonwealth Department of Health and Ageing which state that children between 5 and 12 years of age should participate in at least 60 minutes of moderate to vigorous intensive physical activity every day.
